Pet Policy

Your 4 legged family members will have a "bark-tastic" time here at Maple Park. We feature a beautiful garden style property thatyour pets will enjoy walking through, with Pet Stations throughout the property. We are located a short drive from Lake Padden that has a large off-leasharea and miles of trails to explore. We are near Mud Bay for all your gourmet dog treats and City Dogs for your grooming needs. After taking your furryfriends out for a walk don't forget to stop in for a treat in our leasing office. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home.Maximum weight limit of 70 pounds. Pet interview required prior to approval. Pet Fees Are As Follows: $250 non-refundable pet fee $1000 refundabledeposit Pet rent for cats of $25.00 per month per pet. Pet rent for dogs of $50.00 per month per pet. Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, PresaCanarios, German Shepherd, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American BullDog, Karelian Bear Dog. Any hybrid or mixed breed of any of the above-listed breeds. No Exotic animals such as Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets,Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws), Pigs, Tarantulas, Piranhas.
